OUR STORY
In 1998, Bruce Farquhar fabricated his first rotational moulding oven and started in partnership with his wife Maree, BB & MC Farquhar trading as
PLAST-AX.
Over the years, Bruce’s learnings have come from working alongside experienced engineers, skilled wood patternmakers, panel beaters, metal casting specialists, and CAD professionals.
PLAST-AX LTD has advanced as a company through many iterations of listening to our customers and investing in continuous product development.
Today we are relied as a specialist bin supplier by a broad range of New Zealand’s industry.
Our products are trusted for their strength, function, and enduring aesthetic appeal.
THE ENGINE ROOM
In 2022 we commissioned a brand new oven that is custom designed to facilitate production of our largest fully moulded FEL and gantry bins.
