The Elevate Series has been developed to provide a stronger, safer, and more sustainable waste management solution. Its durable non-rust base has proven itself over years of use on concrete, gravel, and grass surfaces, helping reduce maintenance and extend product life.

Unlike conventional heavy steel bins, the PLAST-AX design adds strength only where it is needed most, including the base and fork pockets. This reduces unnecessary weight while maintaining exceptional structural integrity.

Design Strength: Testing

PLAST-AX guarantees that every one of our FEL bins manufactured will meet performance requirements and specifications in BS EN 12574-2:2017.

The tests include a continuous 100 lift-tilt cycle at the ‘heavy waste’ load of 400kg/m³. Full video recordings and a comprehensive Test Report are readily available on request.

Lockbar

Our lockbar and bracket assemblies are hot-dip galvanised for corrosion resistance and can be retrofitted to existing bins. They bolt securely into captive female fixings housed within the reinforced box-section rim.
