Features

The 1340L Offal bin replaces steel bins, steel framed bins and generally provides an vultimate bulk bin solution with unrivalled PLAST-AX design strength.

Available with rotatable fork channels and a single skin roll over lid.

Design strength

Box Section Top Rim
The big strong box section top rim provides the offal bin with its overall strength integrity. This is incomparably stronger than an open roll over lip which gives a place for cracks to commence. Once the top lip of a bin is cracked that is generally it – irreparable. The PLAST-AX box section top rim protects you here.

Nesting Rim
Continuous nesting rim provides wall strength and facilitates empty bins being nested together. As with all our PLAST-AX bins, the offal bins have large radiused curves that ensure the plastic flows evenly throughout the mould and results
in a very strong and consistent wall thickness over the entire bin.

10mm Solid Wall
All our offal bins are designed to an 8-10mm plastic wall thickness. This gives huge amount of impact crack resistance and generally handles well in whatever condition.

1340L Bin Lid

The 1340L offal bin can be fitted with a single skin roll over lid as imaged. A twin skin double stacking lid is not an option on this bin (due to height).

Fork Rotation

For facilitating rotational empty of the 1340L Offal Bin, we fit a pair of full length galvanised steel fork sleeves with big bash plates.

These have heavy duty 100mm base slats at each end for extra strength.

The female fixings are captivated in the plastic offal bin during the moulding process; We retrospectively fit the steel accessories.

By moulding in the nut to the plastic we ensure that the whole bin is completely sealed and food grade approved.
